Trust also in me

Do not let your hearts be troubled.

Trust in God; trust also in me.

John 14:1

Jesus knew the hearts of the

disciples so well: It is our hearts.

To the hearts with troubles and

worries in life matters,

Jesus entreats

“Do not let your hearts be

troubled or worried.

Trust in God; trust also in me.

It is your choice of will because

I can and will do it all.”

John 14-16 are the most heartfelt

Jesus’ promises and request for

his beloved 11 disciples: It was his

last night on earth after last passover

supper before his crucifixion about

12 hours.

“Let my love and my life and my

inheritance be made known to all ”

For this he promised everything:

He promised sending his Spirit,

the Holy Spirit.

His beloved 11 disciples received

Jesus promises of all privileges

as his children and workers.

Now this is the same to all

his children.
