Jesus is the way, truth, life 2

Jesus answered,

"I am the way and

the truth and

the life.

No one comes to the Father

except through me.   John 14:6 

Until the early thirties

I had not found the way of my life.

In my twenties I regarded

“living for the needy”

is the way of my life; so I worked

my best for them in remote

Koje Island in South Korea.

However my body and mind were

desperate at the end of 6 years.

Concluding this was due to the lack

of knowledge I pursued study in

the USA and gained some knowledge

and the desperation was deeper.

Complete confusion.

It was the period that I studied

the Bible desperately.

Here, Jesus said

“I am the way . . .”

all was finished there.

Jesus is the way,

the way to reach the destination.

These chapters are the core

Christianity, only in Christian faith.

Now it is the chapter for May, John 14.

John 14-16 are the most heartfelt

Jesus’ promises and request for

his beloved 11 disciples: It was his

last night on earth after last passover

supper before his crucifixion about

12 hours.

“Let my love and my life and my

inheritance be made known to all ”

For this he promised everything:

He promised sending his Spirit,

the Holy Spirit.

His beloved 11 disciples received

Jesus promises of all privileges

as his children and workers.

Now this is the same to all

his children.
