Noble character Ruth family

And now, my daughter,

don't be afraid.

I will do for you all you ask.

All my fellow townsmen know that

you are a woman of noble character.

Ruth 3:11

Ruth is great grand mother of

Israel founding king David,

great war hero and greatest king

in human history.

Ruth was a woman excluded as

a pagan in Israel’s blessing line.

But her heart was right; she

could not leave her mother in law

to return to her country as a widow

with two sons lost in a pagan land

and now empty hand.

Ruth insisted and returned with her

and lived on picking up leftover

grains with her mother in law.

Ruth’s noble character was joy

in that town and eventually

an influential guardian-redeemer

Boaz married her according to

Israel law, and they had a son

who was a great grandfather of

King David.

This son brought joy to the family

and the blessing continued generations

on whole earth including our country.

Because the Lord Jesus came

through this family.

Faithful daughter in law is so important.

The Korean saying that daughter is

always daughter but son can be son

when good daughter in law comes

in is from experiences.

Parents who have son must pray

early on for a godly daughter in law

and parents with daughter should

nurture her godly to build up her

husband’s family as God’s daughter.

May is called queen of season,

month of love.

In May are children’s day whom Jesus loved

especially, parents day, couple’s day, family day,

missing children’s day and labor day in Korea.

All these are for people.

The love of God who admires people so much

that he blesses all of them with natural blessings

and he so desires them to love each other,

be happy and prosperous.

God’s love is like blowing the silky May wind.

Love gives us joy, strength and awakens all

my dream and potential. God loves me so.
