Glorifying God
Jesus replied, "The hour has come
for the Son of Man to be glorified.
I tell you the truth, unless a kernel
of wheat falls to the ground and dies,
it remains only a single seed.
But if it dies, it produces many seeds.
Now is the time for judgment on
this world; now the prince of
this world will be driven out.
John 12:23,24,31
Jesus obedience is glory to God.
Tomorrow is Thursday, on earth
Jesus has the last passover supper
with his disciples.
And in the Gethsemane
he had a greatest spiritual warfare
all midnight that bloody sweat
were dropped due to the ruptures
of capillaries.
At the earliest dawn on Friday
he prays the final obedience,
“Not my will but your will be done.”
From that dawn with whipping and
mocking, he was crucified by
9 o’clock in the morning.
It was because illegal trial on the spot.
During those 3 or 4 days given to
Jesus before his death,
he did his best to teach people
and his disciples and plead to live
accordingly.
They are;
1. the things happening in last days
2. to be ready to meet returning Jesus
3. Jesus promises for them to make
his disciples of all nations by
a. sending the Holy Spirit
b. listening whatever they pray
c. pleading with disciples
to love each other so that
they live in complete joy and
powerfully.
Last Sunday was Hosanna Sunday.
This week is the Passion Week.
It was the week that Jesus finished
his 33 years of life on earth and
the mission.
The process was obedience and
suffering themselves, the death.
Thus he gives life back to me and
the menkind that is eternal and abundant.
