Jesus 1

He grew up before him

like a tender shoot, and

like a root out of dry ground.

He had no beauty or majesty to

attract us to him, nothing in his

appearance that we should desire

him. Isaiah 53:2

He is Jesus;

who was glorious and almighty

Creator God has become a Men

like this.

He as a Son of Men had

no renowned family, nor wealth,

nor formal education, nor power

but was a youth carpenter without

father as bread winner for the widow

mother and many younger siblings.

Completing his family support

he was a country old bachelor

carpenter.

He had nothing that men should

desire in appearance.

But Jesus came and lived among

the people who were poor,

hurting heart, oppressed and sick.

This is the 5th lent week.

Next is the passion week: The week is that

Jesus was agonized in the steps of obedience of

his abandonment from God in order to take

all the sin of menkind and preparing for

his leaving the earth. It is most important week.

His agony was so extreme that he said

his soul was overwhelmed with sorrow to

the point of death.

All these were prophesied through

the prophet Isaiah 700 years ago.

They were summed up in Isaiah chapter 53.
