                           Jesus 3

But he was pierced for

our transgressions,

he was crushed for our iniquities;

the punishment that brought us

peace was upon him, and by

his wounds we are healed.

We all, like sheep, have gone astray,

each of us has turned to his own way;

and the LORD has laid on him

the iniquity of us all.

He was oppressed and afflicted,

yet he did not open his mouth;

he was led like a lamb to the slaughter,

and as a sheep before her shearers is

silent, so he did not open his mouth.

Isaiah 53:5-7

Next week is passion week.

God was judged by men.

The judgement that God did on men

who became sinners in Eden

in Genesis 3:15 was much different

from what men did it on God.

God’s final judgement on men

who destined to die eternally was

to give eternal life to them

by sending his Only Son as a Man.

Men judged holy and eternal God

death sentence of crucifixion.

This is the scene how Jesus was

dying; carrying all alone all

sins and inequities of all men.

This is the 5th lent week.

Next is the passion week: The week is that

Jesus was agonized in the steps of obedience of

his abandonment from God in order to take

all the sin of menkind and preparing for

his leaving the earth. It is most important week.

His agony was so extreme that he said

his soul was overwhelmed with sorrow to

the point of death.

All these were prophesied through

the prophet Isaiah 700 years ago.

They were summed up in Isaiah chapter 53.
