Adoption as sons

Not only so, but we ourselves,

who have the firstfruits of the Spirit,

groan inwardly as we wait eagerly

for our adoption as sons,

the redemption of our bodies.

Romans 8:23

God‘s children have the firstfruits of

the Spirit inward; that is love namely,

joy, peace, long patient, kindness,

good heart, faithfulness, gentleness

and self control.

Yet they groan inwardly eagerly

waiting for the redemption of

their bodies as adopted God‘s children.

Yes it will be the day of Jesus

returning their bodies come to lives.
