Motive of my life
For Christ's love compels us,
because we are convinced that
one died for all, and
therefore all died.
And he died for all, that those
who live should no longer live
for themselves but for him who
died for them and was raised again.
2 Corinthians 5:14,15
All thoughts, talks and
behaviors of men have motives.
The motive of men moves men
like a driving force of car.
To men motives are
their value system.
Motives can be money, authority,
power, children, using others for
one's own benefits and pleasures
nowdays . . . but
All motives of saints, God's children
is Love; God's love.
It is because God's love compels in
their spirits and minds.
To love is the desiring heart of
those who love to be best and
one does one's best to achieve it.
God's love for rebellious sinners
to be best is to send his only
begotten Son to be Man and to die
on the cross for them as an expiation,
and to raise from the death.
To whomever believes this fact
heaven is a state of emergency now
in order to give eternal life, love and
heritage of universe.
The 2 Corinthians is the Apostle Paul's second letter to the
Corinthian Churches. Letter is the most intimate and personal.
Two thousand years ago, the Corinth city in Greece reminds
us today's New York city. The Corinth seaboard city was
then a center of trade, merchandize, wealth and luxury.
Also there was the Venus temple which led people not only
to moral deterioration but also sexual disaster.
The original location of Humanism, which against Creator God
and focus on human, the Corinth city in Greece lay in
spiritually formless, empty and darkness.
Here by God's mercy small lights began to shine. They were the
Lord Jesus' house Churches. They belong to the low social class.
Envious and jealous devil attempted to destroy God's
House Churches by questioning Paul's integrity and Apostleship.
And it caused to delay and complicate the promised loving
collection as well for the poverty stricken Jerusalem church.
It was the process of the life giving Gospel to us, and it
continues so. How beautiful are the feet those who
bring good news !
