            Ministers of new covenant

He has made us competent

as ministers of a new covenant--

not of the letter but of the Spirit;

for the letter kills, but

the Spirit gives life. 2 Corinthians 3:6

All God's children are God's ministers:

Who are joyful ministers of

new covenant of eternal Jesus life.

Israelites were the only nation that

had law to reign in the ancient.

Then kings words were law.

The Israelites received the Law

from God through Moses in person.

Therefore they regarded other nations

pagan with whom they can not relate.

So they called the pagans dogs.

The law of God received by Moses

written in Exodus and Deuteronomy

is God's will delivered in men's

highest conscience in order for them

to live blessed lives on earth.

Nevertheless those who keep

this law die.

Therefore a new covenant between

God and men has been made.

This is the new covenant for anyone

who believes in Jesus who is

God became a human and died to

forgive men's sin and rose from

the death.

This covenant is in order for men

to have eternal new life.

This is not written on destroyable

letter but in the heart of those who

believe this fact by God's Spirit,

the Holy Spirit.

To whomever spread this fact, 

the God's ministers God makes

them competent to complete it.

The 2 Corinthians is the Apostle Paul's second letter to the

Corinthian Churches. Letter is the most intimate and personal.

Two thousand years ago, the Corinth city in Greece reminds

us today's New York city. The Corinth seaboard city was

then a center of trade, merchandize, wealth and luxury.

Also there was the Venus temple which led people not only

to moral deterioration but also sexual disaster.

The original location of Humanism, which against Creator God

and focus on human, the Corinth city in Greece lay in

spiritually formless, empty and darkness.

Here by God's mercy small lights began to shine. They were the

Lord Jesus' house Churches. They belong to the low social class.

Envious and jealous devil attempted to destroy God's

House Churches by questioning Paul's integrity and Apostleship.

And it caused to delay and complicate the promised loving

collection as well for the poverty stricken Jerusalem church.  

It was the process of the life giving Gospel to us, and it

continues so. How beautiful are the feet those who

bring good news !
