But their minds were made dull,

for to this day the same veil remains

when the old covenant is read.

It has not been removed,

because only in Christ is

it taken away.

Even to this day when Moses is read,

a veil covers their hearts.

Yesterday returning from

the firefighter Christians meeting

for the preparation of the World

Firefighting Sports Games,

my car navigation stoped.

In the car the red light was on

for gas refilling.

I got off from the free way and

finally found a gas station but

it was out of business.

There was no one around

because day's work finished.

Scarcely found I a factory and

the 3 employees finishing a day.

They were concerned and tried

their best to find a way for me.

Finally I said

"Not knowing the way of life is

harder and more dangerous !"

One of them responded,

"Who knows the way of life

in the world ? "

" I know it very well." I said.

This was how we started

talking about "Love Story " and

Today's Christmas booklets

were presented to them.

Jesus is the way, life and truth.

Jesus is the new loving covenant

which unveils incapable and

very complicated law and

conscience and morals.

The 2 Corinthians is the Apostle Paul's second letter to the

Corinthian Churches. Letter is the most intimate and personal.

Two thousand years ago, the Corinth city in Greece reminds

us today's New York city. The Corinth seaboard city was

then a center of trade, merchandize, wealth and luxury.

Also there was the Venus temple which led people not only

to moral deterioration but also sexual disaster.

The original location of Humanism, which against Creator God

and focus on human, the Corinth city in Greece lay in

spiritually formless, empty and darkness.

Here by God's mercy small lights began to shine. They were the

Lord Jesus' house Churches. They belong to the low social class.

Envious and jealous devil attempted to destroy God's

House Churches by questioning Paul's integrity and Apostleship.

And it caused to delay and complicate the promised loving

collection as well for the poverty stricken Jerusalem church.  

It was the process of the life giving Gospel to us, and it

continues so. How beautiful are the feet those who

bring good news !
