Religion and Resurrection
You are bringing some strange ideas
to our ears, and we want to know
what they mean."
When they heard about the resurrection
of the dead, some of them sneered,
but others said, "We want to hear you
again on this subject."
At that, Paul left the Council.
Acts 17:20,32,33
The above response was from
the people of Athene then
the most sophisticated scholarly city
after apostle Paul the highest scholar
most qualified missionary
presented about Jesus.
Christianity is not a religion
in its content.
Religion although not definite is
defined a cultural system of things
related with men including universe.
Christianity is relationship and
fellowship with God and men.
God created men according to
his own image namely character
in order to bless them as
a privilege by having
a loving fellowship with him.
Even though men disown
God and fell into eternal death,
he came to the earth to give them
life back. And he has given it by
his death instead of them.
Whoever believes this God, Jesus
the relationship of parent-children
is made and the eternal personal
fellowship restores.
There is no such a content
in any 5 world religions and
about 10 thousands so called religions.
It can not be because
God never came to them in person.
Therefore, in world religions and
numerous religions, there are
neither Christmas nor resurrection.
The religions that men made cultural
system by themselves can not know
God' heart nor his work.
Therefore these two God's epic
events of Savior Jesus Christmas and
his resurrection must be greatest
festival and developed its joyful
and victorious culture in the world.
For those who do not know the meaning
of these, Jesus gave his last command
to his disciples to let them know.
This command is the greatest privilege
for God's children and responsibility.
To complete his command
the resurrected Jesus promised
to be with his children always
to the end of the earth.
Since then 2 thousands have passed,
and it is just before his return for
his children to take eternal home.
He soberly commands it again.
But amazingly most his children
seem to taking it lightly although
it is the matter between eternal life
or death for men God created ? ! . .
Heralding the Jesus resurrection started from
the dawn of Jesus resurrection.
All people who knew this tidings ran to
tell their loved ones.
It is the same the best good news,
yet people who know it tend not to tell as they did.
Why is it?
