Matthew 1:1

A record of the genealogy of

Jesus Christ the son of David,

the son of Abraham

It is Advent.

​The elect Israelite waited for

God's promised Savior for several thousand years.

​They waited for the promise of

the Savior coming for generation after generation:

who redeems our sins, delivers us from

suffering and death, and gives eternal life and

it in its fullness.

​Its record starts at Genesis 3:15.

Through whom his coming and how and

what he will do all have been prophesied

through the Israelite in generations.

​After about 2 thousand years

God's first promise of Jesus Christ Savior coming,

it was promised with the faithful father

Abraham, and

after another 1 thousand years with

the founder of the elect Israel King David.

​These promises after long waiting,

about 2 thousand years ago all accomplished

at the manger in Bethlehem, present Israel.

​The son of Abraham and David

the Savior Jesus Christ was born.

It is Christmas !
