32.

By faith the prostitute Rahab,

because she welcomed the spies,

was not killed with those

who were disobedient.

The prostitute Rahab is the mother of

respectable Boas, the husband of Ruth.

The founding king David of Israel is

her great great grand son, and eventually

Jesus comes in her line.

We do not know why she became

a prostitute but we know

her heart was violently searching

God's salvation.

When she found it she violently took it and

obeyed God despite death risk in faith.
