​A maker is the owner.

The Lord has made today and

He has given it to you as a gift

to use what he has intended.

That is rejoicing.

The Creator's intention for us is always the best.

Yesterday, it doesn't matter what you did with

tomorrow it doesn't matter what you will do with

but today you must rejoice.

Today is the Lord's day. 

You have no choice but rejoicing with His gift.
