​Search me, O God,

and know my heart;

test me and know my anxious thoughts.

See if there is any offensive way in me,

and lead me in the way everlasting.

This is the Great King David's prayer.

He is a saint.

What sin could he be so much committed?

Only he knew how desperately can sins

destroying the fellowship with God,

accordingly all goodness.

Also he knew he even is unable to detect

his hidden sins, thus was asking God's help.
