Above all else,

guard your heart,

for it is the wellspring of life.

The source of life is heart.

Namely thought, mind set is the source of life.

That must be the word of God,

as Jesus says I give you life, in its fullness.

Therefore guarding our thought is

the most important in order to live and

it to the full.
