"Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks,

and send some to those who

Do not grieve,

for the joy of the LORD is your strength."

Yes, today is sacred.

Today is Lord's day,

so have feast with joy in your heart and

share with the needy.

Do not grieve today.

You may grieve tomorrow or yesterday

but not today because

today is Lord's sacred day.

Your all kind of strength comes from

your joy of the LORD.
