                          He prunes

He cuts off every branch in

me that bears no fruit,

while every branch that does

bear fruit he prunes so that

it will be even more fruitful.

John 15:3

The purpose of cultivating

good vine for a farmer is

to harvest good grapes.

The farmer does everything

for this end such as fertilizing

good soils, continuing watering

and preventing vermin.

Finally he cuts off every branch

that bears no fruit; it is in

order to make an healthy vine.

Every branch that does bear

fruit he prunes so that it will be

clean and bear even more fruit.

When cleaned the healthy vine

bear delicious, big and good

grapes.

The farmer smiles on his face

with exclamation and pick

them up.

There is a good vine is at

our village church.

For the first few years it beared

delicious many grapes then

vermin increased and grapes

were getting smaller until

no eatable.

The farmer was I knowing

almost nothing about farming.

One year I just cut off many

vermin infested and any out

grown branch out of irritation.

Then, the next year many

delicious big grapes were from

the healthy branch.

There were so many grapes that

we had to make juice from it.

I then realized that the vine

was clean.

When hardship is allowed to

good God's servants they

should realize that they are

bearing fruit so that God works

on them to make even cleaner

to bear even more fruit as

the best farmer hopes.

Thank you Lord forever!

Today’s Christmas booklet page 41

is continued, the Bible chapter to

memorize each month.

These chapters are the core

Christianity, only in Christian faith.

Now it is the chapter, John 14.

John 14-16 are the most heartfelt

Jesus’ promises and request for

his beloved 11 disciples: It was his

last night on earth after last passover

supper before his crucifixion about

12 hours.

“Let my love and my life and my

inheritance be made known to all ”

For this he promised everything:

He promised sending his Spirit,

the Holy Spirit.

His beloved 11 disciples received

Jesus promises of all privileges

as his children and workers.

Now this is the same to all

his children.
