Filled with joy

At that hour of the night

the jailer took them and washed

their wounds; then immediately

he and all his family were baptized.

The jailer brought them into

his house and set a meal before them;

he was filled with joy because

he had come to believe in God--

he and his whole family.

Acts 16:33,34

Certainly the Spirit of Jesus called

Paul and Silas to Philippi as a man

asking for help in Paul's vision.

In Philippi they were not even

to start telling Jesus only after

Lydia, a business woman and

her family received Jesus.

Paul and Silas were kept in

a deep prison upon severe beating.

It was because casting a demon

from a poor woman slave.

Such a situation is one of the most

confusing for God's workers.

Nevertheless one's motive is right

and obeyed the Lord then one

thing is left to do.

Pray with thanks giving and

praise with singing hymns to

the Lord.

It is without reasoning or planning,

nor despair nor confusion but

thanksgiving and praising because

God being God.

This only makes the condition

God to work.

Paul and Silas did so in the prison.

God did his work; he made violent

earthquake as result jailer, his family

and prisoners believed Jesus.

This was how the first Church in

Europe which turns the destiny of

the world founded by a business

woman and her family, jailer and

his family and prisoners.

This is the church apostle Paul had

so much joy with,

the Philippian Church.

November, about to finish

Autumn harvest.

Each house has full of crops and

fruit to eat for a year in farm village.

Yellow ginkgo foliage and fallen leaves

with orange persimmon in the blue sky

seem shouting the beauty of their Creator.

It's the peak of thanksgiving.

There are all reasons to thank

the Lord of my life and of all beings.

It is also a great reason to thank

God for preparing my eternal home.

lips with praise to God.
